- Small business (done-for-you): Setup €49 one-off (waived for the first 3 founding businesses, in exchange for written feedback). Monthly €19/mo or €190/yr. Optional contract-renewal check €39 one-off — an explanation of your bill only, not switching advice.
- Homeowner / landlord with solar: €29 one-off solar savings check (12 months of bills + inverter totals).
- Installer white-label (phase 2): €3 per customer report per month, minimum €29/mo; no setup fee for the first 2 installers.
- Chamada Certa / KnowHow cross-sell: €15/mo for existing clients (optional).
No Portuguese VAT charged (VAT exemption scheme, article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code). If you're UK VAT-registered, you account for any UK VAT under the reverse charge.
